What will it cost my team?
Each user is priced at the rate of the band they fall in, like tax brackets. Your first 10 users are always $24.99 each, users 11 to 100 are $19.99, and everyone after that is $17.99.

Every feature, no credit card. File uploads unlock when you subscribe. We'll never charge you without you choosing a subscription.
Read-only after the trial
If you don't subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only: your team can still sign in, look things up and download files, and editing comes back when an admin subscribes. A workspace that stays read-only for 30 days may be permanently deleted; we email your admins the date in advance.
Monthly, by card, in CAD
Billed each month to a credit card through Stripe, which emails you a receipt. We never store your card number.
Per active user
Every active user counts, whatever their role. Disabled users don't.
Cancel any time
No contract, no cancellation fee. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then the workspace becomes read-only. After 30 days read-only it may be permanently deleted, so export anything you need first.

Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, confirm your email address and your workspace is ready. You get 14 days with every feature and as much real work as you want to put through it. We don't ask for a credit card to start.
One exception: file uploads (documents, photos and receipts) unlock when you subscribe. If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge waits until the trial ends (unless there are less than two days left, then it's right away).
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, your workspace becomes read-only. Your team can still sign in, look up projects, customers, stock and timesheets, and download documents and photos. They just can't change anything.
An admin can subscribe at any time, and editing comes straight back. If the workspace stays read-only for 30 days, it may be permanently deleted; we'll email your admins the date in advance.
How is the monthly price worked out?
You pay per user, per month, and the price per user drops as your team grows. Each user is charged at the rate of the band they fall in, like tax brackets:
- Users 1 to 10: $24.99 each
- Users 11 to 100: $19.99 each
- Every user after 100: $17.99 each
So 12 users cost 10 × $24.99 + 2 × $19.99 = $289.88 a month. The pricing calculator works it out for any team size.
Who counts as a user?
Every active user in your workspace counts, whatever their role: an admin in the office and an apprentice on site cost the same. Users you've disabled don't count.
How do I pay?
By credit card, billed monthly in Canadian dollars. Card payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your full card number. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for and isn't renewed. The workspace then becomes read-only so you can export your data or change your mind; if it stays read-only for 30 days it may be permanently deleted, and we'll email your admins the date. If you'd rather we delete everything sooner, ask and we will.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes may be added in the future.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Billing is monthly only, so you can change your team size or stop at any time.
